Amarta Jatisambogo
Writer, Director – Amarta Jatisambogo
Amarta is a filmmaker with a multicultural background. She is of English (mother) and Indonesian (father) descent. She was born and raised in Bandung, Indonesia, and then moved to China in her teens. Currently, she majors in BA Filmmaking at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University in China where she developed a passion for screenwriting and directing. Because of cinema's accessibility, Amarta has always been able to understand how film serves as a bridge that unites people from many diverse cultures. In her work, she strives to create compelling and meaningful stories that can engage and inspire. She is constantly searching for new and innovative ways to tell stories that matter.
Julianna Tacata
Producer, Editor – Julianna Tacata
Julianna is a filmmaker with a multicultural background. She was born and raised in Rizal, Philippines and then moved to Indonesia in her teens. Currently, she majors in BA Filmmaking at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University in China. She was actively involved as the PMD of Yu Zhen Tang (2022) and the creative producer of Datang Bulan (2022) which both received awards and nominations from film festivals. Julianna has been learning the purpose of every detail being shown and heard on the screen. When she first entered the industry, she realized that filmmaking is almost like working in a restaurant. The aim of both processes is simply to create a particular taste that would stir up emotions for the consumers.

Yibin, from China, served as a teacher at XJTLU since 2019. He is the module leader of our project.

Sagita, from Indonesia, is a music composer and arranger with a degree from UPH Conservatory of Music.
